Description
**Describe the Issue**
This is a pre-amble to understanding of licensing affects and the creation of our PIM strategy for execution to increase our team's public cloud platform security/operations stance in Azure (Privileged Identity Management - PIM). Review benefits of E5 and PIM (plus considerations contractors).
**Additional Context**
- Azure PIM has new capabilities and best practices to review in order to decided how best we can design its use for the Platforms team and possibly for contractors
**Acceptance Criteria**
- Investigate new PIM capabilities, std best practices and new practices that may have come out on how to best incorporate its use into a large organization
- Connect with the ADMS group on their latest progress with its usage across ES and coordinate for our branch
- Review an initial permissions grouping design that could start off its use internally within our team
- If needed create a list for CSAM team licensing (AD P2 access), and submit the form if required
- Establish possible areas where we can incorporate its use for any work between ADMS and ourselves during Azure platform development and its regular management
