Description
**Describe the issue**
Creation of a 'Cloud Training' internal Enterprise Stackoverflow space, and examine what content we could start to put here - As part of creating repo-type training space where people can get their questions answered and find links appropriate content\resources (internal & external), where eventually we can connect into this LMS Q&A.
**Additional context**
Currently most onboarding for CPF and ensuing technical training is done through live training sessions, which leads to capacity issues for the team since it relies on our personnel to delivery this training. It is previewed that in the future moving to an Learning Management System for this training would help scale our platform services significantly, and as part of this having 'Cloud Training' repo in the new BC Government Enterprise Stackoverflow application will help as part of this endeavour to make our training more dynamic and scalable.
Since BC Gov Cloud Services training will be a critical part of our integrated multi-platform services delivery, it becomes more important now that we start this process early, even though our full CRM is not yet available and any LMS capability that could plug into that is not yet previewed. Starting with creating this training space in Stackoverflow will be a good step in this overall direction.
**Definition of done**
- Create the internal Stackoverflow space for 'Cloud Training' Q&A + materials repo
- Meet with team to discuss what kind of preliminary material could be put into this space
- Consider info\materials around at least 3 types of situations:
1. Onboarding & General Training
2. Q&A for specific platform, implementation)
3. Possibly a Shared Responsibility space - Where we can drop materials\summarized info to support Ministry team's improved understanding of how critical this is when creating an application\service in the cloud, or simply using cloud infrastructure services
