Description

**As a [description of user]?**
As a staff member working for an Indigenous Nation or organization

**I want to [functionality]**
I want to access documentation that prescribe clear instructions on how to apply to capacity support funding for communities

**So that [benefit]**
So that I can navigate applications and proposal-writing and help my community build capacity for roadmap implementation (and additional program delivery), such as capital and infrastructure refitting.

**Additional context**
- Consider barriers Indigenous People encounter (e.g. bias and prejudice from the general public)
- Consider intersectional barriers experienced by rural, remote, Northern communities (e.g. cost of living, higher rate of hydro, higher transportation costs, inefficient buildings, food insecurity…).
_- (User story related to "What We Heard - Roadmap Implementation, Draft paper")_
- review community climate funding website - are needs already met there?

**Acceptance Criteria**
- could be satisfied by linking out to this content
- if using existing documentation, do plain language work, align with our style guide, etc.
