- 4-6 weeks may not be enough notice; quarterly 'what's coming up' may be useful
- website listing would be useful for people who receive an invite by email, could click to see other things coming up and share with community

**Acceptance Criteria**
- Engagement sessions are published on the social medias relevant to me.
- Publications can be shared.
- Engagement sessions are scheduled throughout the fiscal year, not during the last quarter of the fiscal year.
- Engagement sessions are scheduled to minimize conflicts with other Provincial and Federal Government sessions and to reduce engagement fatigue of participants.
