teachers and families can access resources when viewing information on a topic, that help them educate children and help individuals take action in their lives.

**Additional context**
From Apr 26 mtg with Elaine (CAS):
- EDU does not want to host materials on their site.
- Elaine is developing content with EDU, to be ready in fall.
- Could prototype how these kind of resources can fit into our content model.

**Acceptance Criteria**
Agreed-upon confirmation of the requirements when done can be deemed as complete
