Tables to add to repo and update

Ideally, we want all tables that are linked to BGC and that feed into ccissr to live in the feas_tables branch. These include:

- [ ] site_series table for BC (already there, but needs updating; CCISS uses the columns `SpecialCode` and `SiteSeriesLongName`) need new version from @whmacken
- [x] Edatopic table for WNA (already there)
- [x] Suitability table for WNA (already there)
- [x] WNA_BGC table (already there)
- [x] Subzone and zone colour tables (needs to be added and updated; should be updated prior to release of new CCISS version
- [x] BGCs_notin_THLB (currently this is a separate table. it would make sense to include this in the WNA_BGC table as an extra column "nonTHLB") need ruleset from @whmacken
- [x] TreeCodes/name (needs to be added and updated for any new US species; current version attached here)-
- [ ] need info/updates from @whmacken on 'exclude' and 'lifeform' columns
- [x] SpecialSites- info/codes for fluvial, cool aspect/drainage, insolation, late snow etc. used in CCISS??

Lower priority: do the new LMH 77 units have stocking standards? If so we should update the tables ccissr ingests, and potentially add them to feas_tables. May need some discussion.
Possibly want to add a separate BCDC entry for stocking standards **
