fishy cooling in MAT_diff in sa table

Description
the `spp_suit_area(con, spp_list = spps)` function includes the field "MAT_diff". this field currently has several negative values, indicating the run is cooler in 2001-2020 than 1961-1990. i'm pretty sure this isn't correct. @kdaust could you reality check this against climr results or check your code?
