Remove Number of Carbonate Type when methodology is Calcination Fraction

Suggestion from BA to remove field "Number of carbonate types" when "Calcination Fraction" methodology is selected.

Carbonate mass and associated emissions are entered separately for each carbonate type, as such having to enter the total number of carbonate types multiple times (for Carbonate 1, Carbonate 2, etc.) may lead to confusion e.g. whether the "Emission" field needs emissions for each spepecific carbonate type, or the sum of all carbonate types.

First confirm with the BA whether “Number of carbonate types” should be removed for both the Calcination Fraction and Mass of Output Carbonates methodologies. Then locate the forms for those methodologies and verify that the field is absent in each relevant carbonate entry; the work is done when the agreed fields are removed without changing the separate carbonate mass and emissions inputs.
