POST-MVP Design Backlog: Navigable Task List Component

This is a design review follow-up for ticket #237

So well executed, thanks for your effort Pierre! Here is the designer review:

~1. Noticing there is indentation under every parent item, can we remove this completely? It is throwing off vertical alignment~
2. The spacing between the checkmark and text is too far. Make the checkbox left aligned with the parent item.
~3. The horizontal line between each facility is actually a darker grey (#606060), but it looks nice to have it lighter grey too so I would say we can keep it this way~
~4. The caret symbol (^) needs to be shrunk down in size to a 10x10px~

Review ticket #237 and locate the navigable task list component referenced by this design follow-up. Apply the requested visual changes: remove parent-item indentation, align the checkbox with the parent item, and size the caret to 10x10px; keep the lighter separator color. No file or test is named, so verify the result against the attached design feedback.
