This ticket is to add a new park to A&R
**Dev AC:**
- Since we are using Data Register for park names the following steps need to be followed to add new parks to A&R
- Correct records are created in A&R with correct properties
- Ensure when records are created, there is an entry for that ORC # in the A&R local cache of names
**Acceptance Criteria:**
- Sikanni Chief Falls Protected Area is added with one sub-area and day use activity (specified above)
