* Navigate to the Export Reports page.
* Check the error state of the progress bar.

**Expected behavior:**
* For any moving, blinking, or scrolling information that starts automatically lasts more than five seconds, and is presented in parallel with other content.

**Issue:**
* The animated progress bar keeps displaying when it encounters an error.
