Description

## Description
**How to replicate:**
* Navigate to the A&R site on the Test environment: [A&R Admin](https://d3ahrzu0mpndj3.cloudfront.net/enter-data)
* Navigate to the Enter data page and increase or decrease the page font size using the browser settings.
* Check the date picker of the Date field.

**Expected Behavior:**
* All page components should resize to match the browser font size.

**Issue:**
* The date picker size remains the same regardless of the user-selected browser font size

Research direction

Start at the Enter data page in the A&R Admin test environment and inspect the Date field's date picker implementation. Reproduce the issue by changing the browser font size, then identify the relevant frontend files and existing UI tests, if present. Done means the date picker resizes with the browser font size while retaining usable date-field behavior.
