A&R UI Refinement - home, global

## Description
Changes for the A&R system homepage and global components.

Numbers below refer to attached screen grabs. Check those out for more details.

## Acceptance Criteria:
1. **home page**
* Typo: entries
* Capitalization: should be > Export Reports
* Capitalization: should be > Exporting tools
(note: yes, the above is correct. Card titles should be capitalized, whereas the section titles don’t need to be)


2. **main nav**
* Change text colour to primary blue #003366 on hover
* Don’t change text colour to Yellow on selected state
(note. colours and behaviour should be the same as DUP if you need a visual reference)
* Done - Review BC Style guide to ensure we’re in compliance with standards - see note in comments


3. **search date picker**
* Show selected date written out in this format: Month YYYY (e.g., March 2016)


4. **~search park - 3~**
* ~Park list should be in alphabetical order~


5. **search**
* Include calendar icon in date picker field
* Change default text in park search field > Select or type park name
* Remove final ’s’ from Sub-areas field label > Sub-area
* Change colours on inactive fields (as per attached screen shot)
* Ensure that default text / grey background is always shown when no sub-area is selected


6. **search default**
* Typo: entries


7. **~Breadcrumb nav~**
* ~Remove the word “form” from breadcrumb for each form. Breadcrumb should just be the name of the form (e.g., Home / Enter Data / Boating Form)~

8. **~Export column names~**
* ~make sure columns names in the exported report match the fields in the corresponding form~

Done means the listed text, colors, date format, icon, labels, placeholders, and inactive/default states match the criteria; verify the UI against the screenshots.
