[M] Add Resolved/Unresolved column to export variance report

Description
The A&R variance report currently shows all variances (regardless of resolved or unresolved), it would be useful for the variance report to include a column showing if the variance is resolved or unresolved. This ticket is to add that column to the export.
Acceptance Criteria:
- a column is added to the variance report that lists if that variance row has been marked as resolved or unresolved
Notes:
- if this needs 2 columns then do so, just needs to be clear if variances have been resolved or unresolved in the export, OR True/False on resolved column
