A&R - Variance report shows variance percentages with too many decimal places

Description
The variance report exported from the A&R shows too many (sometimes more than 15) decimal places. I think this is due to running the migration script to generate variances for the data entered before we deployed the feature to the PROD environment. Automatically triggered variances do not have this problem.
Scenario:
* Navigate to the A&R on PROD environment.
* Generate a variance report for the current fiscal year
* Download the report and check the variances
Issue:
* The variances show too many decimal places and do not round off the percentages.
