Description
How to replicate:
Navigate to the A&R on TEST and download the Variance report
Check how the data displayed on the downloaded report
Expected Behavior:
The Orcs and Sub area IDs should be displayed as they appear on the System
Issues:
Both Orcs # and the Sub area id information missing the preceding zeros in the downloaded CSV file.
