A&R-> Issue with the Lambda function which updates the park names

Scenario:
* Navigate to the TEST Data register and make a change to any of the park name.
* Login to the AWS of Attendance and Revenue Test environment
* Run the labda which updated the park names for A&R.
* Check if the park name you changed from DR get reflected on A&R

Issue:
* When Lambda function runs, it shows an error in the logs and the park names on the A&R does not get updated.

Notes from @marklise after troubleshooting:

> looks like test is calling prod data.bcparks.ca.

> looks like the api is returning HTML instead of JSON...

Start with the Lambda logs in the AWS Attendance and Revenue Test environment and the configuration for the API it calls. Compare the TEST endpoint with the noted prod data.bcparks.ca endpoint and verify the response format. Done means the Lambda runs without the HTML-versus-JSON error and a park name changed in the TEST Data register is reflected in A&R.
