[A&R Feature Request] correct two sub areas in parks

Description:
hey folks, i tried to add a sub-area in two parks and it didnt work how i had hoped:
Morice Lake (0535) has two sub areas called Morice Lake Campground with frontcountry camping. can you please remove both of them. i am adding a new sub area for day-use which is the only activity that should be there.

and the same thing with Babine Lake Marine (0400), there are two Pinkut creek sub areas with frontcountry camping. please remove both of them, there will be one sub area for day-use.

Confirm how park sub-areas are maintained in the bcparks-ar-admin application, then locate the records for Morice Lake (0535) and Babine Lake Marine (0400). Remove the two named frontcountry-camping sub-areas at each park and verify that each park has only the requested day-use sub-area.
