[A&R Feature Request] Add Group camping to Mount Seymour

Description: Add group camping to Mount Seymour

Context: Group camping at Mount Seymour was closed in 2022 and we removed (archived?) the activity for this Park after being told that the group camping site would not re-open. This turned out not to be true and the site was re-opened in 2024. We now need the group camping activity back so that group camping data can be entered for Mount Seymour.
