To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'map Filter'
Click on Filter and map Search by Buffer
Actual Behavior
click a point and map jumps to amount of buffer away from point, e.g., 1000m rather than display a buffer
Expected Behavior
display a buffer around a point
