We shouldn't spend a lot of effort here, as it's unclear how many people use it.
Possible ideas:
- [ ] make use of min zoom attribute in GetCapabilities endpoint
- [ ] change to a better background provider tile
- [ ] Think about moving leaflet/leaflet.extras to Suggests
