Notifications - Add hostname to support direct links to the console for the pod

Add the hostname (pod name) to the notification messages and update the rocket.Chat integration script to link directly to the web console for the pod. Currently notification links target the project's console. Making the user navigate to the backup pod from there. Adding the hostname (pod name) would allow direct links to the console for the pod, saving time.
