Description

Cypress allows teams to use their dashboarding/reporting tool. Normally this is a paid-for services, but Cypress has a plan where you as a Open Source project can get free access. This is very similar to plans that for instance BrowserStack has.

The [Cypress Dashboard](https://on.cypress.io/dashboard) is a service that gives you access to recorded test results - typically when running Cypress tests from your [CI provider](https://docs.cypress.io/guides/continuous-integration/introduction). The Dashboard provides you insight into what happened when your tests ran.

To qualify for the free plan a project must:
- Be Open Source (and in GitHub)
- Willing to have the test results be publicly accessible

We would like to get the official OK, to use this product in our context. I think this should be a similar set up as with SonarCloud, where BCGOV is the owner and controls the projects that can use the service. I have created a BCGOV organization already by this can be handed over to the appropriate group once the time is there.
