Long filenames in C&E chronology obscure file and entry action buttons

If you upload a file with a very long file name to any of the actions or as a correspondence within a chronology entry, the name will push the file and entry action buttons out of the bounds of the entry, making them inaccessible.

**Expected Behaviour**
Buttons are still accessible.

**Actual Behaviour**
Buttons are inaccessible.
