Description
**Describe the Bug**
If you jump straight to the Property and Maps tab via the URL, the Region field shows No Data until you click into a different tab then return to the Property and Maps tab
**Expected Behaviour**
Region is provided in the UI right away?
**Actual Behaviour**
Region shows 'No Data' when the page is loaded directly via URL
** Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
1. Use URL to jump into the Property & Maps tab of an ETLd file
2. Scroll down to Region
3. See missing data
4. Click into a different tab then return to Property & Maps
5. See the region is now printed in the field

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue using a URL that opens the Property & Maps tab of an ETLd file, then compare Region data on direct load with the same tab after switching away and back. Trace the tab's initial loading path and verify that Region is shown immediately on direct navigation, with the existing behavior still working after tab changes.
