Favicon missing from C&E files in Safari

**Describe the Bug**
The ALCS favicon is missing from C&E file tabs in Dev & Test (tested in Safari)

**Expected Behaviour**
All ALCS tabs have the same favicon

**Actual Behaviour**
C&E files have a grey 'G' as the favicon

Chrome is ok though

Reproduce the issue in Safari in the Dev & Test environment, focusing on the C&E file tabs and their favicon assignment. Compare the C&E tab behavior with other ALCS tabs and with Chrome. Done means C&E file tabs show the same ALCS favicon consistently in Safari without changing the existing Chrome behavior.
