Add Additional Details to Stream Notations

**As a** *Ground Water Specialist* **I want** *the stream name listed when i select a stream on the stream notations layer* **So That** *I can easily identify the stream I selected when there are multiple waterbodies*

**Additional Context**
- currently the Stream Notations are just whats being pulled from BC Data Catalog
- data comes in with reference to another data source with BC Data catalog, need to research if we can pull this information too.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Given I have the Stream Notations turn on, When I select a Stream, Then I can see the name of the Stream
