EFN Risk Assessment Tab - Show MMD as %MAD (High #3)

WALLY does not show the MMD as %MAD; would be nice to include here (can take from the Monthly Discharge tab)

The reason why this task is needed and/or what value it adds.

**Is the data contained within the tab?**
Yes, this is within the flow tab in WALLY, but the %MAD (Mean Annual Discharge) does not get exported to Excel, only MMD (mean monthly discharge), so I have to recalculate or copy and paste each time. Sometimes the calculated values in Excel are different from the values in WALLY.

Question:
Is this the same as ticket #654?
