Update Excel Export to Include Graphs - WALLY

**As a** WALLY user **I want** graphs showing monthly risk levels, MMD, Cumulative Demand exported into Excel **so that** I am able to further analyze EFN (Environmental Flow Needs) risk or make further adjustments as necessary.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Given a WALLY user selects monthly risk levels, MMD, Cumulative Demand to export, when they export the data, then they are given all information shown in a graph.
- [ ] Export should have this data in the Summary tab

**Additional Context**
- Data to be included in the Excel export that is not currently being exported and is manually added into Excel to evaluate EFN risk
- Export function: This function allows users to export to Excel (or as a shapefile). However, the current output from WALLY into Excel only contains partial information that is found in the online staging environment.
- Data is already in Wally
- This does not require any calculations

**ACTION**: Lolanda to find out what the user wants the graph to look like

Start by locating WALLY's Excel export function and compare its current output with the information shown in the online staging environment. Confirm which monthly risk levels, MMD, and Cumulative Demand graph data must be included, then verify that the exported Summary tab contains all information shown in the graphs.
