Here are some of my observations for your consideration.
• Access – I know this is a dev app so don’t expect it to have a simple access, but I see this as an awesome communication tool for senior management so the production version should be a very easy click and go.
• Map – I think a better attribute for display would be the most recent milestone passed (not months), and for inactive units just “inactive”

o Legend – don’t think we need to distinguish the Data Prep, Discussion Paper, Initial Engagement, Analysis tasks in the legend, it’s sufficient for those to be in the Tasks (rows) in the chart.
o Tasks (rows) progress bars
 TSA and TFL tasks are similar but with different names
 TSA – Initiation, Data Package, Base Case, Sensitivities, Public Discussion Paper, Decision Support
 TFL – Initiation, Information Package, Base Case, Sensitivities, Draft Management Plan, Decision Support
• Tricky for some units where the AAC Due Date is way off the scale from the actual tasks
