Improving reporting widgets and template input

Improve the indicators of TSR progress – only the number of active tsrs and over due tsrs (input needed)
> Can we include major milestones in the same graphic interface such as: Start up, analysis, data preparation, determination.

Improve input template .docx -see attached (input needed)
> For the Rationale document phase I would add a couple of rows for 1). Update AAC Tracking Database and Website, and 2). final filing of binder, TSR documentation, and archiving of MS Teams information. We do a lot more than that, but we will reflect it in internal processes.

Improve the specificity of project – task descriptions (input needed)
>For the decision support phases there are key differences in the TSA and TFL processes. There are a lot more steps for a TSA than TFL, likely similar to the analysis phase. You likely have considered it but will need two separate forms for the different types of management units.

Email ‘milestones’ to users – not sure if this is needed?
> That is a bigger discussion for team leads. I could see a handoff email between teams as a good level of reminder. The risk of emails being sent to users when a deadline is approaching is your inbox just gets filled up and the reminders get ignored.
