CR: Strata Hotel Platform Registration Document changes required in Examiner Dashboard

There is no button for an examiner to upload documents in a Strata Hotel Platform Registration
Documents should also be organized vertically like in host registrations

This function was never designed.
1. Please add an Add Document button in the top right hand of the Supporting Information component similar to what exists under Hosts in the Examiner Dashboard
2. List the document vertically instead of horizontally in the Supporting Information component similar to what exists under Hosts in the Examiner Dashboard

**Who is affected?:**
Registry Team.

**How does the bug/issue affect your work as an examiner?:**
Can't upload documents sent in by the Registrant. Means keeping documents in Outlook or the LAN.
Examiners have to scroll sideways to access documents

**Anything else that the leadership or development team should know about?:**
Mild risk that future examiners won't be able to find the submitted documents. Easier to get deleted by accident.
