Host: Role validation in the 2nd step

**Description**:
Role validation in the "Add Individuals and Business" step remains red with the message "Please select the role" even after it's been selected for _Property Manager_ and _Property Host_

**Steps to reproduce:**

- Sign in as a HOST
- Start a new application
- Skip to the 2nd step: Add individuals and businesses
- Click on "Add an Individual" button
- Press **Done** button without filling in any info

**Actual Result**
Note that now regardless if you choose Property Host or Property Manager, this validation won't go away until you fill in the entire form. This will go away if you choose Co-Host.

**Expected result**:
As soon as the user selects one of the options in this Role section, the red message should disappear and form should accept the input
