UI/API: Flag Host application details - Part 2

- [ ] Flag next to Number of PR Registered Rentals if Number of PR Registrations is greater than 2, with tooltip "More than 2 PR Registrations". See below.
Then an alert is displayed next to the Number of PR Registered Rentals
And the tooltip should say "More than 2 PR Registrations"
Rule: the total number of active/suspended registrations the property host has in the system where their rental units are in PR areas. Use [identified- TBD] to look for property host.
Lekshmi will investigate which identifier to use, Account Name vs SIN. Need to consider when property manager uses their BCSC accounts to file applications on behalf of the

- [ ] Flag by Host address if STR address is in Principal Residence area, no PR exemption is selected, and host address does not match STR Unit address, with tooltip "Does not match Unit Address" and message "Unit Address does not match Host Address".
