Reports for API Access / Adoption

Housing is looking for a weekly report of API usage, data points to capture:

- Account Name
- How many requests per endpoint, per environment

Note that this should eventually be moved to a PowerBI dashboard so that housing has access to the data whenever they need it.

Additionally, the following information is also being requested:
- Dates keys were provided (indicated temp vs account)
- Dates of first request to sandbox
- Dates of first request to production

Start by mapping where API requests, accounts, environments, key delivery dates, and first-request dates are recorded in the repository. Define the weekly report around the requested fields, including request counts per endpoint and environment. Done means the data is available for Housing and can support a future PowerBI dashboard.
