Email - Update email templates to match new design/content in Figma

The platform emails being sent out during the application process needs to be updated to what we have in figma. There's some structural changes as well as additional pieces of info added.

**Structural changes to template**
List rental info at the top of the email, under first/main title:
- [ ] Registration Number
- [ ] Expiry date
- [ ] Nickname (if entered, otherwise hide)
- [ ] Address (Add labels for address as well)

Remove:
- [ ] Important deadline dates
