Description

On August 1st a number of active registrations are in jurisdictions that will have their business license requirements come into force. Hosts will need to be able to upload their business licenses in order to remain in compliance. Examiners will need to be able to find all the affected registrations and see that hosts have provided new documents. Complicating matters is the fact that some hosts have emailed examiners directly with attachments in the hopes that examiners will be able to upload them to registrations on their behalf.

Enabling document uploads on registrations will be valuable for hosts by allowing updated documentation to arrive at certain specific points in time during a registration's lifecycle.

Being able to enable/disable uploads is valuable feature for examiners so that they are not continuously bombarded with unnecessary updates.

Questions
- Can we have uploads open all the time? Answer - no, that is not desired at this time
- Can we communicate to examiners that an upload has occurred?
- Can we allow examiners to upload on behalf of the applicant?
- Confirm that we still need an NOC period (is it still valuable to send a notice/email to registrant informing them of a set time period for compliance)?
- Can we set up batches of registrations that may need to be opened for uploads? For example - all registrations within a specific municipality?
