Analyze the rental properties with empty jurisdiction

he backfill updated 24993 rental properties with the urisdiction data and other STR requirements. 591 properties were not updated because data could not be retrieved using the address in the registration. Some of them do not have jurisdiction info in the application json and some of them dont. These 591 records will have to be analyzed to see which rental properties can be updated with the application jurisdiction. For the ones that do not have jurisdiction in application, whether it is the geocoder cut off that is preventing this address requirements retrieval.
