**Description:**
Currently, there are often 10+ tickets in QA/Ready for QA, which creates bottlenecks and slows down progress. To improve flow and balance workload, we need to establish a WIP (Work in Progress) limit for this stage.
**Acceptance Criteria:**
- [ ] WIP limit for QA/Ready for QA stage is agreed upon (e.g., max 5 tickets at a time).
- [ ] Team aligns on how to prioritize when the limit is reached.
- [ ] Process is documented and shared in refinement/retro.
