Description

user is able to momentarily bypass document validation during renewal, and will only fail when trying to submit and pay. This could cause some confusion as all steps display a green check (pass) and will only update to the red X (fail) when reviewing the Documentation step

Test Case
Renew registration with no modification
User renews registration without modifying any information in the original registration

Precondition:
User has a registration expired in an address that will not trigger auto-renewal.
Sample Address:
555-455 Abbott St,
Vancouver, BC V6B 2L2
Canada

Registration:
No BL; No PR; Single Family Home, Property Host Type: The owner; 'Rental Unit Setup - Option 2;

Steps:
1- In the expired registration, click on Renew button available in the To Do section
2- Immediately click on ""review and confirm"" step

Expected Output:
The steps "Add supporting Information" and "Review and Confirm" should fail their validation as this address requires additional documentation

Actual behavior:
Address takes a second to be validate in the first step "Define Your Short-Term Rental" and if user clicks on the next steps too quick this validation will be bypassed.
