BUG - Double confirmation for Leave (Cancel button)

User will se a double confirmation message when trying to Cancel / Leave a form

Precondition:
Have a Draft form with some items in it.
In the example used (86486197408764), Address is filled in, Individuals and Business are filled in and a few supporting information are uploaded.

1- Open the Draft reg
2- Go to the Add Supporting Information
3- Without any modification, click on Cancel button
4- In the confirmation message, select "Leave"

Expected result:
Popup will close and user is redirected to the dashboard

Actual Result:
A second popup is displayed
