Description
Definition of the basic ops model :
• system is operational with one dev/SRE supporting it
**Objectives:**
To formally confirm that the system is feature-complete and enables effective use of all in-scope functionality. The primary focus of this phase is to establish operational confidence by demonstrating that the system is stable, repeatable, and supportable in a production environment, including the ability to recover from failures.
**Deadline**
Feb 27, 2026, the testing phase will start on March 2
