Bug: Unexpected search behaviour in "Find in application..." and "Find in registration..."

## Behaviour Observed

In the UAT environment, using the search string `316 2416` in the "Find in application..." and "Find in registration..." boxes yield two search results, but using the search string `316 2416 3` only shows one search result.

## Behaviour Expected

Two search results should be displayed in either case as a valid short-term rental property address in the UAT environment is:

> 316-2416 3rd Ave W, Vancouver BC V6K 1L8, CA
