Examiner Dashboard - remove review badge when an application goes from Provisionaly approved to approved.

As an examiner
When I view the dashboard with the Provisionally Approved filter on,
I would like to know which applications still need a review and which ones don't.

Currently, when and examiner is in the dashboard and they have the status filter set to Provisionally approved, they are seeing both:
1. the applications that have been approved but still need to be reviewed
2. applications which were provisionally approved and have since been examined and approved or denied.

A recent ticket added a review badge to all applications that still need an examiner to review them. However, there is no current functionality to REMOVE this review bade when a provisionally approved application is examined and approved or denied.

Please add funtionality that removed the review badge from an application once and provisionally approved application has been approved or denied.
