Examiner Dashboard - remove Review badge when application is FULLY approved.

As as examiner,
when using the provisionally approved filter
I want to be able to easily see which registrations need to be reviewed and which don't.

Detailed Description:
The Provisionally approved filter is not showing registrations that need to be examined. The Provisionally Approved filter under status column is showing registrations which initially had a provisionally approved application and has since been examined and fully approved. A review badge has been implemented and currently shows on the provisionally approved application, but it currently stays on the record once it has been fully approved. The badge needs to be removed from the record when this happens.
