- [x] Define and communicate clear roles and responsibilities for all team members by April 1.
- [x] Complete the remaining 20K registrations within 2 months during peak activity.
- [x] Define OP ticket workflows, assign triage responsibilities, and clarify points of contact.
- [ ] Clarify post-April 1 availability for production and renewal issues.
- [ ] Assess time and resources to fix and test all outstanding bugs.
- [ ] Include production defects in sprint planning rather than handling mid-sprint.
