MSFAA Number for OLD Loans (Risk Sharing/Guaranteed)

The new system has the ability to generate MSFAA numbers for the old loans (guaranteed/risk-sharing loan and old direct lend loan) so that the borrowers can have their MSFAA signed following the current MSFAA sign-off process with NSLSC.
