Student profile - Add account type

**As a** *Ministry user* **I want** *the ability to see if a SIMS Profile was created through a BC Services Account or a Basic BCeID Account*

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Add "Account type" heading to student profile page, Ministry view
- [ ] Reflect the value of how a SIMS account was created:
- [ ] "BC Services Account" or
- [ ] "Basic BCeID Account"

Start at the student profile page in the Ministry view and trace where the SIMS account creation information is available. Confirm how the two account origins are represented, then verify that the page shows an “Account type” heading with exactly “BC Services Account” or “Basic BCeID Account” for the corresponding profiles.
