GC Notify: Student: Accept assessment: Send notification to student one week before the study start date begins

**As a** *student user * **I want** *an email notification one week before my study start date* **So That** *I accept my assessment, the institution can enrol me and I will get my funding sooner. I sometimes forget to accept the assessment and don't understand why I'm not receiving my money.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Email sent: 5 days before the study start date
- [ ] Application is at "Assessment" status

GC Notify Template

- [ ] Subject: Accept Assessment: Classes Starting
- [ ] Hello (first name) (last name)
- [ ] Content

> Your classes are starting in **five (5) days**, please login to your SIMS account for **(application number)** and accept your assessment.

If you do not accept your assessment this will delay your funding. Please login to your StudentAid BC account to view your assessment details.

**Additional Context**
- Students are still not accepting their assessments until much later in the study period
