CONR Warnings for Records not in file

**Current Behaviour**
SIMS processing two CONR files for the same institution creates odd processing summary report.
One report includes the first file's warnings and speaks to processing both files but does not include the full details.
The other report speaks to processing both files and includes warnings from both but only the record details for one?

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Ensure that when processing more than one file from a single institution, each file generates its own processing summary report and email.
- [ ] Suggestion to ensure that every email-attached report is generated using its own process summary.
- [ ] Ensure that tests will be executed using multiple files and the attached report will be related to the file itself.
